What if I am not available at the time I scheduled for the teleconsultation? Can I still cancel it?

If the doctor hasn't confirmed your REQUEST CONSULTATION yet , YES you can still reschedule your request on the email you received upon booking.
BUT to CANCEL the booking is not allowed.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. We highly recommend to confirm your schedule first before requesting a consultation.

How do I know if my request for an appointment was approved?

Once your doctor has responded to your request, you will be notified through through an email and SMS.

Can I request for a Medical Certificate after my teleconsultation?

Yes! Just inform your doctor and it will be sent to you after the teleconsultation.

Do you require patients to submit medical records or laboratory test before the consultation?

Yes if available. Kindly attach your laboratory tests on the email for interpretation.
